Sequence

  1. The coach starts play by passing the ball to one team.
  2. The team in possession keeps the ball, using the two neutral players to create an 8 vs. 6 numerical advantage.
  3. The defending team presses and tries to win possession.
  4. Once possession changes, the neutral players immediately support the new team in possession.
  5. The team that lost the ball reacts with immediate counter-pressing.
  6. If the ball goes out of play, the coach quickly restarts with a new ball to maintain a high game tempo.
  7. Play continues until the set time expires or the scoring objective is achieved.
